Delivery Details

How long will my order take:

As all our items are handmade we do ask that you be patient for your order. We aim to have items posted within 7 days of ordering but we will contact you to let you know when your order has been posted and if there are going to be any delays. If you require your item urgently, please email your request to info@nansgarden.com and we can let you know your expected delivery time.

Packaging:

All our items come gift wrapped in materials that can be placed in your compost bin. We use recycled packaging where possible, however most smaller orders are posted in an Australia Post Satchel.

Delivery Charges:

If you are lucky enough to live around the Brighton area your postage is free! For all other orders we have a flat shipping rate of $9.95 which includes postage via Australia Post Express Post to ensure you get your package as soon as you can.

Overseas Orders:

We would love to send our clothes to you overseas. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your package to be delivered. Email info@nansgarden.com with a list of your items for a shipping quote.

Returns Policy:

If you have received items in the post that have been damaged during delivery, please email us within 7 days at info@nansgarden.com telling us what was damaged and a description of the damage. Please include your invoice number and a photo if possible. Exchange or refund will be at the discretion of Nan's Garden.

As items are handmade, some imperfections in the garment are to expected and add to their character.

If you would like to exhange the item for a different size as your little one grew overnight, we are more than happy to do so providing you return the garment unworn and unwashed within 14 days of purchase with a prepaid satchel so we can send you the new size. As we only make 4 of any item in a particular size, exchanges can only be made if we have the item in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, please return the unworn garment within 14 days for a store credit or refund. If you wish to exhange an item for a different size please email us at info@nansgarden.com with the item, the size you currently have, your invoice number and the size you would like and we will let you know if we can exchange the item.
